    Thanks! I would love to cook for you. lol I get nervous when I am away from the kitchen for too long. Yeah, the pancakes are very good. It's my new go-to recipe. My secret is using a spoonful of margarine between each batch. It keeps them really moist and yummy!

    I am going to have to try these for dinner one night!
