Anyone know of someone who watches babies on a super part time basis?

My church doesn't have daycare and we don't need or want to pay for a full time daycare.

With all the horror stories of babies being left in cars, mistreated etc - I'm SUPER paranoid about leaving her with just anybody.

Any ideas??

    How much time is part time? 

     Sometimes in home daycares will take a part timer but it depends on the hours.

    Well, my husband and I both work by appointment. Most of the time we can arrange for one of us to keep her - then there are sometimes I find myself having to refer business.
