Sacroiliitis

in 3rd Trimester

Does anyone else have this since they got pregnant?  I'm 32 weeks and it came on so suddenly - all the sudden I can't do just about anything!  It's kind of frustating and really painful  Tongue Tied

I'd love to know some other ladies dealing with it - is there anything you've learned on how to lessen the pain?  Right now all that works is laying down and my heating pad

    Oh yes, it's extermely painful! I've been going to the chiropractor every other day and that has been helping. On my "off" days from her, DH massages the joint as well as some of the stretches.

    I have Physical Therapy.

    You can also get a sacroiliac belt.
