I have a dreamfeed question, too

I just read up on dreamfeeding and I have a question - how do you change their diapers after the feeding without waking them up?  They tend to have a wet/messy diaper after feeding, right?  What do you do?

Unless they were definitely poopy, we never changed them after a dreamfeed. Our boys usually poop during the day, so we didn't really have much of a problem.
