I had a trigger shot on CYD12, and my progesterone on CYD19 confirmed ovulation. Having a HCG test at the doctors this week.

I don't recommend HPT's! I did it last cycle to test out the trigger and then kept testing and all BFN's! It's very stressful and discouraging! I am now only POAS the morning of my beta just so that I am prepared! Good Luck!
