poor DD still not herself

She has had a fever since Friday-even when alternating motrin and tylenol.  DH took her to the dr Sat. am and they said it was the beginning of an ear infection.  So she started amoxicillian (sp?).  Also said we could give her dimetapp for cough/congestion.  Dr. said that has worked better for her than any prescription and told us the dosage to give DD. 

 The past 2 nights she has thrown up from coughing all this crap.  She is just not herself at all.  It makes me so sad to see her like this.  What makes it worse is that I can't do much to help her because I feel like crap and am puking myself (although mine is due to pg).

She has her last dance class/end of year party Tuesday night, recital rehearsal Wednesday evening, ILs coming Thursday (which she only gets to see maybe twice-three times a year), and very first dance recital Saturday morning.  I know it isn't the end of the world if she misses that stuff but she loves dance class.  I hope she feels better soon.  This is just breaking my heart.

DD had the same issues from the flu last week. Now me, DH and ds are getting it. Not fun!
