I am currently using the Dr Brown's bottles, which I like but since we don't have a dishwasher, they are a pain in the rear to wash b/c of all the parts.
Wondering how the playtex drop ins are....and have heard they also are good for eliminating air bubbles, etc.
I have tried Avent and didn't like the nipples...DD had trouble b/c the nipples are really big compared to the Dr. Brown's.
TIA!
Re: Anyone use the playtex drop ins?
I love the Playtex bottles. Had used the Dr. Brown's for DD and for DS, but when DS was spitting up a lot, I switched to Playtex and the spit up has been drastically reduced and cleanup is waaaaaaaaaaay easier.
The Playtex does have the wide nipples, though. Similar to the nipple for the wide mouth Dr. Brown bottles. I like the wide nipple, as I also BF DS, but if the Avent are wide like the wide mouth Dr. Brown, your DD may not like the Playtex.
You can buy one Playtex bottle w/5 liners for under $4 at WalMart, if you want to just try it out (maybe other places, too. I just know I got one to try there)
We LOVE them!! So easy to clean and use! I recommend them!
