What kind of stroller??

I was thinking of this only because I have a Sit and stand already that is a Hand me down. Do you think this will work with a 21 month old and a newborn?

I was thinking that she would be able to take off running so much easier then being strapped in!

WDYT ladies?

  • I think the sit and stand's would be better for older kids.

I'm looking into getting a SBS.  Maybe a city mini double or indie twin.  I like how both seats can recline, have full sunshade and both are just as comfortable.

Dh would flip if I bought either of those!!! He doesn't think spending a lot of money on something we will only use for a short time...lol He can be cheap...

  • LOL - my DH is pretty cheap too but I use my stroller daily.  We do stroller strides multiple times a week and walk our dog daily.  It will definitely get a lot of use!  Some stroller stride moms still have their 4 year olds in strollers!

Check out craigslist and consignment stores.  I just got a Graco Duo Glider for $6!

  • It depends which sit and stand you get.  I think some of them would work better for a 2 year old, but I wouldn't want them to have too much freedom at that age, you will want the option to buckle in for sure.  My DD will only be a year when #3 is born so we can't even look at this option but they seem awesome!
