Zooper Strollers?

Any one heard of them?

I hadn't until I was reading about strollers on Consumer Reports.  The Zooper Waltz had very good ratings and seems lighter than many strollers that can take a car seat and fold up that small (consumer reports says 19 lbs. but the Zooper site says 17 lbs. - maybe different model years).  I haven't figured out if it will take a Chicco key Fit 30 yet.

Just curious if anyone has looked at one or owns one.  Thanks!

Re: Zooper Strollers?

  • I have always liked the look of Zooper strollers.  They are solid strollers with a ton of features.  I do believe the Chicco car seat will fit in the Zooper.

  • Yes! Friends of ours have one for their son.  They love it.  We saw them using it when a bunch of us visited Disney World back in January.  It was super easy for using around the parks.  It folded up easily and was light to lift when getting on and off the Monorail and the busses. I spent a long time trying to find them online afterwards.

They gave us one at our shower for when our little one arrives. We have the Twist version.  I don't know if it is compatible with the Chicco or not.  I think there are a few different versions of the strollers. I don't think ours has the handle bar across the front but so it probably won't work but I think some of the styles do.  (It would be convenient if it did because we're going to have the Chicco infant carrier too.)

  • I looked at the Zooper.  They got a great review on Baby Bargains website.  i was not sure about which car seats fit, and their FAQ section on their website was not clear - so I emailed them.

    Their response:

"The Graco Snugride 35 is too big for Zooper strollers. Standard sized infant car seat carriers can be secured to Zooper stroller .

The car seats that are compatible with our models are the Greco (Snug Ride), Britex (Companion),
Peg Perego (Primo Viaggio) 1995 or earlier, Chicco Keyfit 30 and Even-flo (On My Way)."

I love their look, and they are not so common - so you would be able to find your stroller amongst many fairly easily. GL!
