I am just a couple lbs under PP weight, but I'd like to lose a fwe lbs still, I wasn't at my "ideal" wt before pg. I'm not worried about it though b/c my supply is so sensitive I'm not really trying to lose wt just eating healthy and exercising when I have time.

I've got 8 pounds left to lose. However, I'm on such a restricted diet with LO's food issues, that I don't have alot of choices. I'm more worried about my supply then I am my a$$. I'm doing my best and it's coming off slowly but surely.
Just wanted to say thank you for this post! It seems like every post I see about getting back in shape, all of these bumpies say they were back in their pp clothes a week or two after delivery. Nice to see I'm not the only one and that it's normal and healthy to take months to get back!
I was below PP weight at 1.5 weeks post-partum, BUT..... I still am WAY OVER my ideal. I only gained 20 lbs with my pregnancy, and was GD. I still have AT LEAST 40 pounds I would like to lose.

With DD#1 - I was still 12 lbs over PP weight when I weaned her at 3 months. I gained 25 lbs during my pregnancy.
With DD#2 - I'm still nursing her and down 9 lbs under my PP weight with her. I gained 12.5 lbs during my pregnancy with her.
