    um I have a perverted old man that lives across the street who likes to escape and come over by our apartment  and last week he told me I had nice "tits" and today he walked over trying to steal my pretzels and drink and when I got up to go in he grabbed my ass and DH told him to get the out of here that was allSuper Angry..oh and yesterday he was walking around in a diaper.Ick!....a FB friend think he has dementia which may be possible but then his wife needs to keep him in the house or watch him

    Yikes!  I have a crazy old neighbor too... He is like 60+ and live with his mom.... she works and he stays home and walks around the parking lot in spandx.  Plus a few months ago he knocked on out door at 12:30am and asked us to stop using to toilet at night....
