I'm not sure exactly which part of Pittsburgh you'll be moving too.  I live in Cranberry about 30 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh and there is Cranberry Mother's of Multiples up here.  https://www.cranberrymothersofmultiples.com/default.html

I can't tell you anything about the group because I only have one child.  You could also try pittsburghmom.com I bet that site could give you some info about other multiples groups in the area close to where you're living.

try paging mrsarc1105 on the regular nest pittsburgh board, she would know best i believe since she has two year old twin girls! she's closer to the city limits.
