post & run: does anyone have a good recipe for marshmallow sauce?

I am headed into a meeting, but I was wondering if anyone had a tried & true marshmallow sauce recipe.

I'm wanting to make some for this weekend, and I don't want to just try some random recipe off of the internet or from a cookbook.  I want to know it is good before I serve it.

    i dont know if this is what you are looking for but ive made it like rice krispy treats base.

    3 tablespoons of butter and one 10 oz pack of marshmallows. melted. then i added vanilla extract and heavy cream until i got the consistancy.

    i put it over brownies then blasted the top under the broiler. yum
