Do you buy the same size as regular diapers?

    Huggies Little Swimmers.  B wears a size 4 diaper and I bought a pack of the Mediums.

    ETA:  So, yeah, I would assume that the Medium is the same size.

    This exactly.  I think the mediums were 24lb and up, but we def couldn't go with the smalls!  They are amazing swim diapers, I couldn't believe how much water they blocked, it was amazing!

    A is in 3's and I got smalls. Double check the weight and you should be good.
