I keep crying.

Just knowing that the days of it being just DD and I are really drawing to a close.  I'm enjoying the time we have now so much.  She's getting so indepenant...it's so nice.  And now, I have another little one on the way (to be here anyday now) and I'll have to start all over again. 

Ug, and I just read a post on 12-14 month board.  And it scared me.  I just hope I can handle all of this without going insane.  A friend of mine told me to get a depression medication right away.  Oh great.

So, if you could give me a positive comment.  Just reassure me that everything will be ok....that would be wonderful....and I would greatly appreciate it.

Anyways, I haven't started crying yet, I still have 2 1/2 months to go, but I am sad about losing my time with just DS. Like you said, he's getting so fun and independent, and it's tiring to think of starting all over again. But then, before I know it, DS # 2 will be at this age, and I won't be able to imagine our lives without him in it.

The above picture says it all for me. The love between my girls is amazing. Big sister loves to yell "Bella" all day and kiss her and play with her feet. Little sister laughs and coos at her sister anytime they are in close proximity.

Is everyday a picnic? No! Do we have more good days than bad days? Yep! It's going to be okay. Your heart will expand in ways you never thought possible. You will fall deeper in love with your DD. You will just be amazed. Having 2 way under 2 has been one of my most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life!

i have about 6 wks, and it scares me. But I am excited. I love having a newborn and I cant wait to see DS with her. Am I scared? yes, but I was scared to have 1 child but i got through it all. 

Ignore the negatives.  People just want to bring you down. I have a friend who has two 12.5 mo apart. She loves it and her older one LOVES his little sister. 

We will all survive. Its about the journey, there will be bumps along the way, but it will be awesome too.

I too, read that same post.  And it scared me.  Don't forget everything is different for everyone. Keep your head up and take it day by day. Know that you are not alone and many people are going through what you are going through.

I myself have been pretty optimistic until the past few days.  I keep thinking in my mind oh no, can we do this again?! We are starting ALL over. But I am confident we'll get through it. Think about how fast it goes.
