is vagisil safe while TTC?

Do any of you use vagisil (actually, the cheapy generic brand vagicane) while TTC?  If not, is there anything safe to use?

i use the wipes, not the cream....i'm not sure about the safety...what are the ingredients?

If it is what I use, it is 1% hydrocortisone.

OP, I would say yes, I use it all the time.

hm, says it's Benzocaine 20% and Resorcinol 3%.

I'm having trouble finding info online but the one site I found says it's category B, which I guess means it's fine if I need it.

 ETA: drugs.com says hydrocortisone is category C.  Hm.  Guess I'll use away until I get my BFP and then talk to my doc.
