Well it is starting....

My friends who got married after us are starting to announce pregnancies. I have been dreading this day, but I honestly thought I would have another year before anyone got PG.

My best friend from high school just announcement via email that his wife is pregnant. They are a great couple, but they still live like they are in college. The last time I saw her was over the winter and she was so hammered she was walking around out in the snow calling her husband's name at the top of her lungs. Now she is PG. They got married almost a year after us and they just announced they are due in early November. By my calculations they  conceived the same week that we did our 2nd IUI.

I am really surprised how much this upset me today. I have had three co-workers have babies since we started Clomid, and I was more or less ok with all of them. But as soon as I saw the email and I started bawling. I sat in the work bathroom for a half hour just sobbing, thank god no one walked in. I wonder who the next one will be to get pregnant.

Oh honey that is heartbreaking. I am so sorry you are feeling so terrible. Your time will come too someday. Huge hugs.

Sorry to hear that   I feel like I'm the only one left in my class w/ no babies so I am right there with you.  Good luck though hope it happens soon!

I am so sorry! ((hugs))  I think a lot of us can relate and it's so hard to predict which announcement are going to be the hardest.  I really hope you get your BFP really soon!

Oh sweetie... I'm so sorry. I know it's heartbreaking and I wish you weren't going through this - but we're all here for you... to eat cupcakes, and chocolate and get smashed together...

I hate that. It is seriously the story of my life. It feels like the entire world in KU and many of my friends hadn't even MET their now husbands/baby daddies when we got married. It sucks. My DH always tells me not to compare myself to other people. We are on our own time frame with this. I'm sorry you're sad though. I feel the same way. xoxo

I am so sorry hon. Pregnancy announcements just suck, but this one sounds like it really stings. (It would bother me too if a friend who got so messed up that she was acting like a college kid got pg so quickly and easily.)

I know exactly how you feel!! Just this week I had my first announcment that really struck a cord. Its so easy to feel like every other person in the world is pregnant right now. I am just waiting for my cousin who got engaged two months after us, but got married 2 weeks before us (they were afraid to tell us their date b/c they knew I would be upset) to annouce the are pregnant. I feel like its gong to happen any second and I just know I will fall apart when I hear it. Just remember we are here with you and misery loves company

So far I have had a cupcake from Starbucks, a york peppermint patty and Reece's pieces.  But in my defense I only had rice and veggies for dinner b/c the steak DH made and brought to work was just slightly seared on the outside and raw in the middle.
