(Mother's expecting for the first time) Is DH still doing something for you on mother's day? Or will you be treating yourself to something? I don't care for having anything celebrated but I am going to treat myself with this adorable black and white apron that says mom on the pocket :)

    Nothing planned as far as I know.  But my baby shower is Saturday so I kind of get a mothers day thing anyway.  :)

    Nothing that I am aware of....I saw a 99 cent mom to be card at Hallmark today...but I don't expect even that out of him. 

    I got my DH a labor coaching book at the library today to read.  And a book on how to take care of a newborn because he is freaking out about that.  

     I think about things for him all the time, but I think it is in a man's world that they don't put so much thought into it...at least in my mans world!!

    Nothing is planned as far as I know. I am getting a hair cut & color, manicure and pedicure this weekend so I'll say its my Mothers Day treat!

    Doubtful that DH has planned anything. I would like something special, but I would never say anything because then it won't be heartfelt. I doubt I'll even get a card or a verbal thing since technically, I'm not a mother yet.

    I'm sure he's not planning anything.  Secretly I'm hoping for a card, but I'll be ok if he doesn't get one.  I have seen Mommy-to-be Mother's Day cards.

    I wasn't expecting anything, but casually asked because I wanted to know. He has a date night planned for friday and then something planned for Sunday afternoon before my mom arrives!

    I think Friday we're going to the city to eat Houlihan's (SO hasn't been there before) and then going to see Iron Man 2. As for Sunday I do believe that he's getting me a Mom bracelet to wear. The reason I think this is because I had made a beaded bracelet back in October when I found out I was pregnant with pink and blue beads on it. I planned on changing it to all pink or all blue once we found out what we were having, but I got side tracked and never did. I haven't taken this one off since I made it and put it on, and I planned to do so when I have LO, so I think he is planning on getting me a real bracelet to replace it.
