Okay ladies, so we are starting our kitchen remodel. I have picked out countertops, flooring, paint, lighting, and hardware. The only thing I am stuck on is the new sink! We are changing our hardware to the rubbed oil, so we know the stainless steel sink would look funny with the faucet, so we're going to get the cast iron type. Here is the dillema...what color?!?! The paint in the kitchen will be brown and the rest of the colors will be in the brown family, except all the trim will remain white. Our appliances are beige/bisque/almond colored. Right now, there is not enough in the budget to change the appliances.
Should we get the beige/bisque sink, or a white sink?
Re: NBR: Another Kitchen ?
beige. All the way. It will also look nicer longer because I bet eventually that enamel with start to stain. And the white might be too stark of a contrast against the rubbed oil which is almost black.
What you might want to do is see if you can't go to a show room or maybe some of the hardware stores and put a similar faucet to a similar sink. To see it in person.
That's my two cents, spend wisely.
