We use a humidifier for when she is a little congested but the rest of the time we use Brookstone's Tranquil Moments White Noise Machine.  It has like 5 or 6 different noises on there including white noise.

I LOVE this machine!  It has a white noise option, along with nature sounds, music, and a plug in for MP3 player!
