describe to me your O pain

If you get ovulations pain, what does it feel like to you?  I've never noticed before - or if I ever did I forget.  I'm having pains today, although I've had these pains before, but I've never noticed if it was on or around o day.  I guess it would make sense if it was b/c I probably o'd today (maybe!).  Oh, and how long does it last?  Is it a quick fly-by-night pain, or does it bother you for an hour or so, or is it on and off all day?

Re: describe to me your O pain

  • I used to be able to feel my O pain when I was younger. It always felt like light cramps, towards one side, and it usually lasted off and on for about a day.   :)
  • I get sorta some localized cramping on one side or the other that comes and goes. Hope this helps, I will say it doesn't always happen but sometimes it does.

I occasionally notice light cramping on one side - just like cramps when you get your period but not as painful (for me anyway)  I don't have it every month - or don't notice but when I do its always confirmed by a +OPK
