I know this is asked a million times. I'm very sorry to make it a million and one. But...
Can you recommend any good books for caring for triplets?
Also what is the best book for general newborn advice?
I have no idea how to care for a baby. It seems like I should read a book that covers the basics and then one that gears all of that info to triplets. Or do I just need to read one of the twins books and imagine how triplets would be different?
TIA!
Re: Triplet book recs for after babies are born?
There really isn't one just for triplets (or at least there wasn't one two and a half years ago...) Honestly, I never thought that far ahead, ha ha! Or I relied on the blogs and message boards for help.
Also, the NICU gave me a "handbook" and that really helped. I swear, as much as you don't want your kids in the NICU, it really is helpful to have the nurses show you how to do everything, and to get them on a schedule. Just saying, it's a silver lining.

This. I really feel that the NICU is like baby boot camp. We've learned SO MUCH from being there, and I feel much more confident for when they come home.
i agree... the nicu was the best thing that could of happened for us!!! i looked at it as otj training!! it was a great foundation to build on! believe it or not your mommy instincts kick in too!
congrats!!
Oh no. I'm so sorry. I don't know your story but my heart goes out to you.
