10-week old and sleep

My nanny has reported that aside from eating every two hours and during diaper changes DS has been sleeping all day.  He slept great last night (3 and 4 hour stretches), has no fever and is eating like a champ.  Does anyone else's ~10 week old do this?  Should I be worried?  TIA!

I'm afraid to post this that I'll jinx myself but my 9 week old slept through the night the last 2 nights from 8:30pm-6:30am....this was unusual since she was normally up 3 times every night. Before she started this her daytime naps became longer a few days ago  I think this is the start of some much needed rest for all of us and I hope it is for you too!

This is so funny! My DD also slept last night from 9:30am-6am! It was great! And two nights ago she slept from 10-5! I'm guessing its a fluke, but she will normally wake up once in the middle of the night around 3 or 4am...

We've been at around 8 hrs stretch since 6 weeks. The last 3 nights though she's slept 11 hours without waking.
