Need dress sizing help/other ?s

I'd posted last night how I'm on the lookout for cute summery dresses.  I found one and need your ladies' opinions.  Do you think it would work for a maternity dress?  Could I could get away with not wearing a bra?  I am a full B/small C now.  I hate strapless bras but I don't know if the girls would be screaming in pain.  Also, it's junior sizing and I'm not sure how different that is from women's sizes.  Anyone know what size to order?  I wore a 6-8 pre-pregnancy.  I know they have a chart that's supposed to help you choose your size, but I wasn't sure how close/accurate it was.  TIA!

I think that dress would look lovely on you!  You could definitely use it for a maternity dress - at least for several months.  I'm not sure a full-term belly would fit in it, but for sure for a few more months you could. 

As for sizing, I have no clue.  I haven't been a size 8 since I was in middle school, lol.

Your boobs don't sound like they are so big yet so I wouldn't worry about that unless they feel uncomfortable hanging around, or if they get bigger!  Junior sizes can be deceptive.  Another problem with wearing non-maternity dresses is that the front rides up.  Is this dress sold in stores so you can try it on?  Also, I saw some similar dresses for maternity on Old Navy's site.  I think it is cute if you wanna risk it. You could always wear it next year.
