DHEA users....a question

Okay, I went got my DHEA at GNC.  I got a bottle of 25 mg time-released capsules.  The IVF nurse said I need to take 75 mg per day...so I am assuming it is 1 capsule 3 times a day.  But she said something about a micronized dose...what does that mean?  Anyone know?

    You should go back to gnc and get micronized dhea. They should sell it in a 75 mg capsule.

    I checked their website and none of their products that they carry say anything about micronized...hmmm.  Maybe I will take a trip to the pharmacy today and talk to the pharmacist.

    You can try that or try health food stores. I also bough my last bottle at CVS and it was micronized. But prior to that I was getting it at a local health food store (not a chain). GL-dhea helped me big time!
