Need PPV, please

So ladies I have two appointments today. One with my RE. He's already pushed back my inject cycle by two more weeks. I was supposed to start today, but since I've still had some boughts of postpartum bleeding, he said via nurse on Friday that we should wait a little longer. I however insisted that he see me today for baseline, to assure me I'm healed. I'm hoping he "sees" I'm ok to ttc again. We're also going to discuss in more detail what he thinks happened to our Lily. Then we have appt with the mfm from hospital to discuss test results and pathology reports. I'm a wreck. I cried all day yesterday and still a mess. Please send me all the good vibes you can muster.
TTC# 1 Since 10/2005----Diagnosed with PCOS March of 2006
multiple failed cycles, multiple IUIs, lap with ovarian drilling 4/2008
Finally BFP on 11/23/09 beta#1=36 beta#2 =62 beta#3=139
Liliana was born on March 27,2010 at 21w5d due to infection and pre-term labor
BFP #2 on 6/20/10 after Gonal-F and TI First u/s showed Twins! 
TTC#2 since 02/2012 with out RE... 
Back to RE 08/2016----- Cycle #1 10/2016 Femara 7.5mg=???

    C/P- at 6 weeks
    5 IUI's= BFN
    Dx: Endo stage 1 : evevated FSH (11.3)
    IVF#1: 3dt 2 8 cell, grade 1 embyos :bfn

    TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
    2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
    IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
    IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN :(
    IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
    Lap 7/21/10
    IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
    FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!

     

    James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!

    Best wishes at your appoiintments today.  I hope your husband is going with you to the MFM appointment.  I can imagine how painful it will be to hear the results and find out what happened.  Sending you a big hug, lots of PPV and, hopefully, some answers.

    image 30 y/o with PCOS HSG normal, SA essentially normal (slightly low morph but good # and motility) 50 mg Clomid...zip; 100 mg Clomid...nada; 150 mg Clomid...zilch 1/10 Injectable cycle with Gonal-F, Ovidrel, and TI.....Beta 2/22...BFN 2/10 Injectable cycle with Gonal-F and Follistim (long story), Ovidrel..BFN 4/10 Injectable cycle (see above). BFP but early m/c 5w5d. 5/10 Break cycle due to BFC (Big Fat Cyst)...darn it all 6/10 Injectable cycle +IUI...BFN 7/10 Injectable cycle + IUI.....BFP!!! Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I'm sending you good vibes and hope that you can have a little peace.  I know that desire to ttc immediately very well.  But you do need your body to return to normal and sometimes that can take a few months after having a baby. 
    Beautiful Miracle Baby lost at 21 weeks due to pre-term labor and incompetent cervix. FET#1 BFN, FET#2 BFP, early loss. FET#3 BFN. IVF#2 BFFN.
