Heat Rash?

Anyone have a LO that is sensitive to temp changes?  I think DS is really sensitive to the jump in temps because that's when he tends to get little red bumps in different areas.  Today it's mostly around his diaper waistband.  Have you found any good remedies or tricks?  I've been told just to let him air out and not have as many clothes.  When it's a diaper, though, it's hard.  He's in cloth, so I wonder if putting him in a sposie would help it clear up?

Our LO is the same way. She gets heat rash so easily. We used to use cloth but it caused our LO to get heat rash. We tried everything; airing out for 5 mins during each diaper change, changing diaper every 1.5hrs, using different creams, washing the prefolds in vinegar, Charlie's soap, used a liner and nothing!!! We finally put her in sposies and the rash cleared up after a couple of days. We tried one more time with a cloth diaper and 1.5 hrs later her rash was starting to come back. It was such a shame because I really enjoyed using cloth over sposies but whatever it takes to make LO happy and rash free. Good luck.
