Check out your delivering hospital, here in the Springs "Memorial North" hosts on a bunch of classes. I've heard good about their pre-natal yoga classes.

A bit of a drive but SO worth it! Belly Bliss in Cherry Creek is awesome, and they offer classes for prenatal yoga during the day, after work times and on weekends.

Ooooo!! I've heard belly bliss is AWESOME!!!  still need to try it though....
