Wheatgrass for High FSH?

Anyone here take wheatgrass for high FSH?

I bought it and it says to take 7 pills 2-3 times a day.  Thats a lot!

If you took it, how much did you take?

Did it lower your FSH?

I think fresh is supposed to better. Do you live near a health food store or Jamba Juice. You can get it there. 2oz per day (I think). However, if you're sticking with the pills I have almost a full bottle of 200 tablets. You're supposed to take 5 tablets 1-3 times a day. Let me know if you want them.

It definitely lowered mine. My fsh ranged from 10,18 and went as high as 20 something. After I started doing app. 4-6 oz a day of fresh it went way down to 6 something and for the last 8 months or so has ranged between 5.5 and 7.5. It worked fast too. I started it right after I has the 20 something fsh and the next monthbit dropped to the 6's. GL!

Like MrsAMR I did the fresh shots, either at a juice place or I bought them in frozen trays (look like green ice cubes) from Whole Foods and dissolved them in juice. I never had a high fsh again who knows if it was due to the wheatgrass or not, but in any case its good for you.
