No, I had no problems at all. I ordered my necklace, got my email confirmation, and two weeks later it was here. I had no contact with the vendor at all.
I ordered a necklace last week. They charged my credit card right away and now they are telling me they have too many orders and won't ship the necklace until sometime after Mother's Day. Most places don't charge you until they send the order. So they have my money, and I canceled the order and asked them to process a refund right away, but they won't tell me when they are going to do the refund.
It's a shame -- they have beautiful stuff, but their customer service is sucking really bad.

I just checked, and my card was definitely charged when I placed my order, too. I wonder if they do that because of the custom nature of the product? I'm sure they don't want people canceling their order after they've started it.

At this moment I'm just coveting a necklace. I passed the web address to my sister, gave her my dh's email address for her to pass it on to him and very unsubltly said i would love to have this necklace for mother's day. We'll see if he follows through ... and if he has any problems.
