It's official! I weighed myself again last night just to confirm - I have lost 10 lb! I am so excited!!! WW is definitely working again for me and now that I've lost these first 10 lb, I'm even more motivated to lose the rest of my weight! I'm only a few lb shy of my pp weight so that's a great milestone.
I'm going to a work HH tonight and am going to have to be careful what I eat and drink - fortunately I've saved up most of my weekly points.
Today is a good day!!!
Food (rate how you did 1-5) 1- horrible at dinner. DH worked late and brought dinner home.
Activity (rate how you did 1-5) 3- walked, but no shredding
Motivation (rate how you're feeling 1-5) 5- I HAVE GOT to get on the ball. It's so easy for me to lose weight, I just need to stop stuffing my fat face.
Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.) I'm finally seeing tiny changes in my shape, but they are tiny.

OH and istead of food for rewards, I've told myself I CANNOT get my hair cut until I'm down 5 pounds, and I can't but new jeans until I lose 10.
AND talk about a challenge- yesterday I booked 8 fantabulous and $$ meals at Disney for us in June. I'm going to try and not go completely heffer on my family, but I can't promise anything.

Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.)max and i leave sunday and will be gone for almost 2 weeks...it will be a challenge to make good choices! i don't think i will have access to a scale so i probably won't do weigh-ins the next couple of weeks but i'll check in if i can. i'm really happy with how things are going and i want to do really well so i don't regain any of the weight that i have lost. i am taking jillian with me:) i lost 2.2 lbs this week and it put me over my 5!!!!!
