Constipation = Contractions?
I know I'm jumping over but I was wondering if constipation can feel like contractions? I have been having "contractions" for almost 5 hours but I feel like I have to poo. . . Sorry so gross! It seems to me that if I just poo'd really good I would be ok. But they are almost debilitating me - I'm doubled over in pain from them. Whats the buzz here? Could I be confusing constipation and contractions?

My doctor said when you are having "real" contractions you will feel like you have to poop.
So girl I would say your in LABOR! EEK
