    You can "like" Facebook on Facebook's FB page (just search for Facebook in the search bar). I did that, and there was an entry from them today that says, "We are working as quickly as possible to fix a network issue that is causing the site to run slowly or time out today for some people. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience."
