How long is an "acceptable" amount of time for a seller to get back to a buyer regarding a question about an order?  I placed an order 3 weeks ago for my crib bedding (she said it would take 5-6 weeks to ship) and was hoping for a response within 48 hours.  It's been longer.  Do you think 48 hours is enough time for someone to respond or am I being overly anxious?  

FWIW- I just had a question about the dimensions of something she is making for me, I wasn't asking when she'd be done or when she'd be shipping the stuff.  TIA!

    Maybe I'm anal, but I would expect a response within 24 hours.  So, yeah, 48 would drive me nuts!

    Yea, 48hrs would drive me crazy unless they said somewhere in their policy that within x amount of hrs they will get back with you. Or if they are OOT and that should say.
