Yep, DD1 talks all the time. I kinda like it. She says a lot of cute things. But, everyday I make her stay in her room for at least an hour. If she falls asleep, great, but if not, she's still quiet.
Never shuts up! Surprisingly, she is very quiet at preschool. I don't know wwhy? She is really good about playing with her doll house or her kitchen which are not in the main living room/kitchen area, so I usually encourage her to go do that if I need some peace and quiet.
Not ALL the time, but a whole lot. Which is kind of awesome since he had some speech issues and really didn't say much for quite awhile. It makes me so happy that he's progressing so well.
I do get tired of it sometimes, especially when he repeats the same thing to me like 5 times in a row despite the fact that I've acknowledged what he said every time, but I try to just appreciate how far he's come in the past few months.

he never stops asking questions, then a question to the question then another question on top of that and finally likes to tell me no I think it is this. And then we start all over again!!
Jibber jabber all.day.long. Even during "rest time" she's talking to her toys. She'll sometimes be quiet in the car, but seriously she talks every minute of every day.
I haven't figured out a way to make her quiet yet.

both of them. yep.
Sometimes I hide upstairs to "use the bathroom" when DH is home so I can have a few minutes to decompress before I turn into satan.
DS never, ever stops. When we go hiking, he scares all of the animals and birds away because he's never quiet. Never. Ever. Quiet.
(And, yes, it gets to me.)
