anyone use a support belt after vag delivery?

I didn't use one after DS but I am thinking about using one this time.  Did you feel like it might have helped get your tummy area in shape after vag delivery?  Will you use one again next time?  What brand did you use?  TIA!

I used the one by Brook Burke and I'm glad I did.  I think it helped.  I was able to get back in a bikini after my first - my second is going to take a lot more work but I gained over 60 lbs with my second since I was on bedrest for the last eight weeks.  I figure it couldn't hurt.
