Biggest loser update

I know I am a day late, but can someone update me on this weeks biggest loser. All I can find online is video clips and we cannot watch those at work.

NBC.com has written recaps...in a nutshell, they went to Texas and recruited a bunch of people to run a 5k with them.  There were a bunch of inspirational stories, the contestants were in awe of the role models they were becoming.  Sunshine and O'Neal were below the yellow line and O'Neal begged and pleaded for everyone to vote him out and let Sunshine stay.  They all obliged.  Here's the link to the NBC recap:

Sunshine and O'Neal live here in the Twin Cities and after the show, O'Neal was on the news and he looks great right now.  He is really working out a lot and has lost a lot of weight - I think they said it was around 138 pounds as of when the clip with him was filmed.
