the good thing about last minute showings

And the panic cleaning that precedes it, is that now I have a clean house! It's been less than a month and I'm already over this process. I don't know how some of you did it for as long as you did!

    Sucks. A lot.

    My house is currently a dump because I am recovering from all that time HAVING to keep it clean and organized. I really need to unpack some more boxes soon.

    OMG! I HATED it. it took us 11.5 months to sell our place!  It was pure torture.  everytime the phone rang I would cringe but then be hopeful at the same time. it was a tough time, for sure!

    hope this is it and you get your buyer!!! :)

    It got to the point that when the house was clean and show-ready we never had showings. I just let it get dirty and then I would get a call for a showing.
