4 Month Wakeful in Preemies?

Any preemie mamas experienced the 4 month wakeful? Did it occur at actual age or adjusted age?

 My DD was sleeping in 3 hour chunks at night but for the last four nights or so has been up every 90 minutes. She'll be sucking on her hand usually. She will usually eat if offered during these awakenings but doesn't seem famished like she used to when sleeping 3 hours at a time. She does go back to sleep pretty easily, and sometimes just with a pacifier.

 Does this sound like the start of the wakeful or something else? My LO is a 33 weeker and in the last two weeks has really started smiling and looking around a lot.

My DS was born at 36 weeks but we haven't had a 4 month wakeful period. The past week there have been a couple nights that he has woken up screaming but I think it's because of teething. After I calm him down, he goes right back to sleep like nothing happened.
