This morning DS cried/whined for 15-20 min while I pumped and got him dressed. It didn't matter if he was sitting, standing, lying down, or if I hugged him - he cried. Then when I got up to wash the parts he screamed at the top of his lungs. I picked him up and carried him and he screamed. The.whole.freaking.time. I still had to get dressed for work so I sat him down in the car seat, on the bed, carried him - tried everything except nursing because I didn't have time and he screamed until I started the car and then he sucked on the paci.
He's got a little bit of a snotty nose, but no fever. He puts anything he can get his hands on in his mouth. I think he may be teething...but if this isn't teething I may not survive when he actually does start teething! Any other ideas?
Re: Screaming for 30 minutes?
Might be a stupid question, but do you think he was hungry? I only ask because some mornings when DD wakes up on her own, she is hungry and want to eat RIGHT NOW. She SCREAMS the whole time I trying to changer her, give her meds, and get her dressed. Just a thought.
Oh, also, she is also putting anything and everything in her mouth to nom on and not screaming (don't know if she is for sure teething, though...), but every baby is different when teething....
