Any done the Extreme Fat Smash Diet?

I'm on day 2 of the 1st rotation...so far so good, its a very restrictive diet and LOTS of cardio...I hoe I have more success with it than I had with the Fast Smash_ i did that one for 3 weeks and lots one measly pound :(

    I did the Fat Smash Diet as well, about two years ago...It was terrible.  And I'm a vegetarian!  It freaked my body out so much I actually gained two pounds.  In a week or two.
