The weigh in on the 19th was 141. On the 26th it was 143 - I had eaten bad but also had some AF bloat. Serious bloat. I didn't realize how much until I got on the scale this morning. 139.
I was back on the boring healthy stuff on Monday and 30DS. Although yesterday, the kids wanted scrambled eggs for dinner. I ate with them. But I put it on bread, with regular mayo. Then ate a second. I think that altogether was about 700 calories. And still managed to be 139. I guess I had some serious bloat.

I think it was you who was in love with the Tastefully Simple Fiesta party dip mix? I bought some yesterday - what do you dip in it?
Those little circle tostitos - i think they're called tostito bites? It says to use 1 to 2 tsps but I use like 4. I like it hot though. I even put in more crushed red peppers. In fact, I added more crushed red peppers to the jar once and shook it up.
I also got that day the Trio and with the garlic garlic, I use the Townhouse Toppers crackers. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO goood!!!

What do you eat? I used to think I watched what I eat but had no idea a scrambled egg sandwich or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich was like around 700 calories. Seems so innocent....
What I'm saying though is that putting in a 139 or 138 figure come this monday from 143 the last time is a larger than preferred drop. I'm not giving myself a hard time over the 141 to 143 gain though - I have been terribly stressed.
I eat everything. I don't "really" watch anything, I think I do. I eat a bagel in the morning, something light for lunch and three portions of God knows what for dinner. I'm a mess. I've managed to go from 120-145. I wanted to be like 130 and I've passed that goal. lol
I have been counting calories and working out every day for a week now. I really hope it helps! I don't even own a scale, so when I run to Target today, I'm going to pick one up, but I'm worried that is going to stress me out too much!
Yeah, you think you're eating good but some things will really take you by surprise. I craved that egg sandwich but I fell fine this morning so I'm sure it was either just calories I needed or just the protein. All in all it was five eggs I ate.
I don't care that I went from 143 to 139 from M-F because I know it was mainly bloat - but WW isn't going to know that. I'll get a nasty message that I've lost too much at once.
For dinner the last couple of nights, I've been eating a fried egg with a slice of canadian bacon (ham) on an english muffin. Plus a banana, some watermelon, applesauce, etc. I'm not starving, and the calories are:
Not bad for being on a "diet!" I just entered everything into sparkpeople I have planned for today, including snacks, and I'm only at 1152 calories, so I'll have to add in something else. It looks like I could use a little more protein.

Lunch today is a turkey and cheese wrap.
carb balance tortilla: 120
3 slices of deli turkey: 50
1 slice skim mozerella cheese: 70
banana: 90
jello pudding cup: 60
total: 390
