    Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.)well, max has his first ear infection, just in time for his first flight (sunday)...talk about wanting to stress eat...i haven't yet so here's hoping i can keep that up:)  i will weigh in tomorrow.

    I finally bought a digital scale last week and it has been a great thing to have in the kitchen.  I was DEFINITELY not "eying" my portions correctly before.

    All is going well.  I weigh in on Sunday but from the looks of it I think I've lost about 10 lb total!  I'm not updating my stats until later though because sometimes the WW scale and my scale do not agree with each other.

  • Food 3 (ate a Tiff's treats cookie. most bad things aren't even worth it, but the cookie may have been)

    Any commentary (motivation, great recipe, challenge you're having, etc.): I think my body is still responding to no bread/no alcohol because I'm still loosing about a pound a day since Friday. I'm getting a ton of calories, I mean I pretty much ate all day yesterday. I know I've got plenty to lose, but it's still scary Sad However, I feel GREAT! This no gluten /exercising everyday has been great!
