What would you do??

So I got a prescription from the dr of vicodin because I have gallstone and keep having gallballed attacks that are really painful.  I had one today that last 7 hours.yuck.  Anyways decided to take one of the vicodin and my whole bottle is gone.  I had a birthday party for my dd two weeks ago (that is the only time anyone has been in the house) and I am thinking that my cousin and two of her friends that came must of stole them.  I don't want to point fingers but do I just drop this or call her mom?? And do I call the dr and tell him someone stole them?? Grrr!!  Sucks!

wow that sucks.  I would get more from the doc but I wouldn't call the parents.  Who knows who took them.  I guess I'd just let it go, but maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think I would call their parents.  Anyone could have taken them.  I used to work in a pharmacy and people of all ages and backgrounds abuse prescription drugs.

Since you can't be sure who took them, I wouldn't say anything. I really hope your doctor can give you some more. Maybe put them in a something that locks or is hidden, just in case.

I am glad you all waid not to tell the mom because I don't think I could do it anyways.  Now I just feel stupid calling the dr!
