So, two weeks ago we stopped swaddling DS (12.5 weeks old today)
because he was really starting to resist it and breaking out of it at
night. We had tried the Escape-Proof Swaddle, but he escaped, believe it
or not. Our pediatrician told us to just tough it out until he gets
used to sleeping unswaddled

He hasn't been sleeping well at night or during naps for the
last two weeks, and it's to the point that he wakes up every 30 mins or
so and we are just exhausted. He sleeps just fine snuggled up with me
in our bed, but we are not a co-sleeping family and we really want to
resolve this issue. We are working with our pediatrician to rule out a
dairy sensitivity, but today I hung out in his room during his nap and
noticed that he keeps rolling over onto his side and waking himself, or
waking up when he falls back onto his back. I tried keeping a firm hand
on his chest as he falls asleep, but he just rolls on over as soon as I
remove it. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to deal
with this issue. Thanks!

Re: What do I do about DS rolling and waking himself up?
No tips really as our DS does the same thing, although he has gotten quite a bit better in the last several nights. I think they just need to get used to sleeping unswaddled. We do use a sleep sack though, which seems to still be pretty snuggly. Have you tried that?
BTW, I love your DS' spaceship PJs! We have the same ones.
