OMG. this might be the coolest iPhone ever: MyRegistry.com Universal Wishlist with Barcode Scanner

too bad it didn't come out til the week of my shower, but it's so totally awesome! your iPhone can add products to your registry by barcode at any store! Geeked

Just thought I'd mention it incase it makes anyone else's registering easier.  and myregistry.com is awesome - you can sync registries from Amazon, Target & Land of Nod plus add stuff in from any other store.

    Thanks so much for sharing this! This is amazing. I know DH and I wanted an online registry so that we can add from more than one store but to have the option to scan INSTORE as well?! Holy macaroo I'm speechless! And lucky for me I have an iPhone!

     

    technology has come so far! I wouldn't be surprised if my little one emerges with internet prowess and begins blogging or tweeting by 10 months old :)

    Update: Bought the app Friday - hubby and I hit up giggle and a local baby shop and zapped to our hearts' content (aka 20 items total) but we had a blast and it's seriously a neat piece of technology. Did you end up getting it?
