A weird concern...

I'm going to ask about this here because I think I might win the "Crazy Mother of the Year" award if I call my pediatrician's office and ask this question.

Here it is;

I'm pretty sure that I have never seen Tegan yawn. My DH says that he thinks he remembers her yawning during the first few weeks of her life, but I don't remember ever seeing her yawn. I've tried googling to see if maybe there's a condition or an issue with a baby not yawning, but everything that comes up is all about how much a baby yawns.

Tegan is right on track with all of her developmental milestones and she seems to be a very happy and content baby. Should I be concerned that she doesn't seem to yawn?

No I wouldn't be concerned....maybe mention it at your next pedi appointment though

I guess she gets enough sleep!  Lol! 

I don't think there is anything wrong with her.
