I know it is early, but this is on the top of our to do list. I really want to return to work. Possibly only part time.

If you have used a nanny, did you use a service or another website? If so what? Would you use a nanny again?

I have some day cares that I want to check out in the next few weeks, but am undecided on what will work best for us.

    We had a nanny for the first 6 months, then B started at daycare/school.  That's our plan for #2 as well, it worked out very nicely for us :)

    I actually found the nanny on craigslist - I was home with her the entire time and could see everything that went on from my office.  I think if I weren't there, I would have probably used an agency or a personal referral instead.

    I've been lucky that I have DS's grandparents that watch him.  But I do have friends that have used a nanny and they like it.  It's mostly personal referral.

    Rai posted a link to a nanny referral service in the babysitter thread of the local nest board.
