Rice cereal consistency

Okay so I made it like the directions said - 1 tbsp of cereal and 4 tbsp of BM. It's really watery and the consistency is really no different than BM. Is this right?

    That's what it looked like when I made it.  I decided to make it a little thicker.  If it is the first time I wouldn't make it to thick though until they are used to it.

    I make mine thicker because otherwise it just dribbles out of Georgia's mouth, or spills off the spoon before it gets to her mouth. 

    Mine is like really thick soup, or gravy consistency.

    I started with it soupy the first 3 times, now its a lot thicker. It doesn't drip off the spoon when he eats it.
