You can actually just google KA's chicken tacos and the recipe is online. It's that famous (and that good!) I double the recipe and have enough for lunches for work during the week, and extra meat for King Ranch Casserole, or Chicken Enchiladas.

Mcgee has it on her blog. She recently posted about More chicken taco goodness. She links to the original recipe. I tend to use rotel rather than the fresh pico only because I tend to have that at all times.
